Sandro Russo, an Italian international dj.
Always searching for new and unobvious developments in music, his dj sets are hypnotic trips that combine dance and electronic elements with a house, techno and funky touch. The result is a unique liquid groove with a melodic twist.
He starts his club career in the late ‘80s, when he fell in love with house music through the records of Chicago Trax, Carl Craig’s Detroit sound, Farley Jack Master Funk ,Jamie Principle ,Steve Silk Harley  and eventually the New York sound created by  Masters At Work ,JohNick ,Todd Terry.
In 1993 Sandro started his collaboration with Andreino creating Mas Collective; together they produced such songs that became house classics as ‘You Don’t Know”, ‘Another Story’, ‘Movin’on’, ‘Where Were, thanks to the unbelievable support of the American singer CeCeRogers. Working with Ce Ce allowed Sandro to deeply know the American roots of music living unforgettable experiences.
Producing more than 50 tracks, Mas Collective had the chance to work with such artists as : Marc Almond, Susu Bobien, Cinda, Judy Peterson to name a few.
Mas Collective released tracks with Narcotic Rec, Azuli, Slip’n’Slide and Airlplane and remixed tracks for such  international artists as Morgan Page, Jocelyn Brown, Funky Green Dogs, Celeda until in 2002 they created their own label, Mo-Do records.
Major experiences were the chance to work for Bedrock Records – John Digweed’s own incredible label for whom they remixed Suryanto’s ‘All I Know’ featuring Morgan Page, and Deep Dish’ Shinichi Records producing ‘In My Mind’, for which Mas Collective used the Anacrusand pseudonym.
NicoNote singer and performer. The interaction between voice and sound. The experience started with Dippy Site (‘Panorama Astratto’ on Mo-Do Rec) and continued with “Règola”, a concert inspired by Bingen’s Hildegard,
Sandro, together with Andreino took care of the sound and the live treatments. Shows were presented in various Contemporary Theaters and Festivals.
Actually Sandro is working hard to manage his label ÔUndercutÕ and sub-label ÔUndercut ForwardÕ, created with Limo and Cristian Pugliese aka kriss.
The idea of starting their own label came up as they wanted to print their own productions and, in the meantime giving the chance to young and talented producers to give it a try. Undercut seen as a collector that allows artists to express themselves and their own unique style.
